The team of professionals at Suara Inserció works to improve the employability of individuals at risk of social exclusion. Through guidance and the design of personalized integration pathways, opportunities to access the mainstream labor market are expanded.

Suara Inserció’s integration pathways offer training and employment for a set period, covering professional roles such as cleaning, laundry, logistics, and others.

Core competencies

Skills that are essential for functioning in the workplace and in daily life, such as reading and writing, numeracy, basic digital skills, and language proficiency.

Technical skills

Knowledge and skills tailored to specific jobs and professional activities—such as cleaning, laundry, or logistics—that are developed and reinforced throughout the program.

What the itinerary entails

Step 1
Selection of professional profile

This research is being conducted in collaboration with employment services, social services, and the Intermedia Foundation, with the aim of working as a community and maintaining close ties to the local area.

Step 2
Hiring the person

To foster their technical development in a job, a contract is formalized for them to join the Suara Inserció team and provide some of our specialized services.

Step 3
Support and training

It includes the development of the individual's competencies and the improvement of their employability, as well as support from the job placement specialist.

Step 4
Inclusion and social impact

We enable the individual to gain autonomy and enter the mainstream labor market. The company generates a positive impact that benefits society.

Networking

Networking is essential to ensure the integration process.
